This document concerns the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) established by Formeduc (hereinafter referred to as “Formeduc”), owner and manager of the formeduc.ca site and/or, as the case may be, of any other site replacing or adding to this one, in order to ensure the preservation of the confidentiality of personal and/or confidential information and the respect of the privacy of the users of these sites.

Formeduc collects Personal Information.

Information collected automatically when you visit the site (browser information, pages visited, length of visit, etc.) does not identify you personally and is not associated with your personal information.

2. Consent

We ensure that you understand the purposes for which we use or disclose your Information. Your consent may be express, implied or provided by your authorized representative. By using our Web site or submitting your Information to us, you consent to this Policy and to the collection, use, disclosure and retention of your Information in accordance with this Policy.

3. Safety measures

We maintain physical, organizational, contractual and technological safeguards to protect your information against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse or other unlawful forms of processing of personal information in our possession. We take measures to ensure that only authorized persons who need to know, or whose duties reasonably require them to know, personal information have access to it. Third parties to whom personal information is disclosed must comply with our security measures.

In addition, Formeduc will delete or destroy all Information about you upon your written request by e-mail or regular mail to the address below.

Despite the measures described above, no Internet transmission method or electronic storage medium is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information. If you have reason to believe that your personal information has been compromised, please contact our Privacy Officer immediately using the contact details below.

4. Policy modification

Formeduc reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time, without notice, including the addition or deletion of sections or terms.
