Can first aid course training be considered “successful” without it being possible to check whether an examination has been taken?
Yes, a person can be considered to have successfully completed a first aid course or training course if, on completion, the trainer issues a document certifying that the course has been successfully completed. • Printed versions of training courses are delivered by Canada Post.
• When you order a printed version of a training course, you also receive the online version at no extra charge.

1. Downloaded documents are sent automatically after the order has been placed to the e-mail address provided by the customer. For postal orders, please allow a maximum of 10 working days.
2. Certificates for advanced training courses are issued subject to the following conditions:
   – The additional training exercises have been completed and corrected to the trainer’s satisfaction;
   – The fees have been paid in full.
3. Training certificates are postmarked on the day the training exercises are received, and are dispatched within 10 working days of receipt.
4. Any questions about a training course can be sent by e-mail at any time, or by telephone during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Collect calls are accepted.
5. Certificates are sent to the customer’s address only. Forméduc makes no commitment to send certificates to the Coordinating Offices.
6. In the case of online first aid courses, the customer has 6 months from the order date to complete the training and examination.
7. No refunds for distance learning.
8. Prices are subject to change without notice.
